It is not possible to guarantee that a particular result will be achieved as a result of our services. Some conditions may take longer than others to treat and we will regularly review your treatment plan and discuss your rehabilitation potential with you. Please note that after an Initial Assessment has been carried out, The Physio Clinic @home may determine that our service is not best placed to support you e.g. treatment may not be suitable or you may require specialist input. You would be informed of the clinical reasoning behind this decision and given onward referral information if appropriate. In exceptional circumstances e.g. conflict of interest, inappropriate behaviour, change in company circumstances, we reserve the right to terminate our services early. We would provide you with adequate notice where practicable and refund any advance payments for sessions not yet provided
