Client Agreement

Clients are expected to respect the Physiotherapist during treatment sessions. Aggressive and/or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated - we reserve the right to terminate an appointment in these circumstances. If you wish to carry out audio/video recording, permission will be required from your therapist. The Physiotherapist will set you exercises and functional tasks to complete in-between your appointments, you have sole responsibility for acting on our recommendations and advice, if not, your progress in achieving your desired outcomes will cease/be slowed down
