There is no need to go via your GP to book an appointment with The Physio Clinic @home. You can simply contact us via telephone or email to discuss your needs and suitability for our services
HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Your initial consultation can take up to 60minutes and may include treatment/advice dependent on length of assessment. Based on this session, you can decide with your Physiotherapist if you would benefit from future appointments. Review visits can take up to 30minutes and will include treatment/advice
HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I NEED?
This will depend on your injury, medical and physical condition and what is required to achieve your goals. Your Physiotherapist will be able to discuss the recommended number of visits required after your initial consultation, however this is always the client's choice
WHAT PAPERWORK DO I NEED FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Any relevant medical information about your condition will help your Physiotherapist make an informed assessment e.g. hospital discharge letters, prescriptions, letters from healthcare professionals and x-ray/scan reports

WHAT HAPPENS AT MY FIRST APOINTMENT?
Your Physiotherapist will complete a thorough assessment to determine your problem list and devise a recovery plan including treatment and achievable goals. Depending on your problem and length of assessment, treatment and/or exercise program may be provided during the session
HOW DO I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
Please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to offer the appointment to another client. We reserve the right to charge for a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance. Please call: 07949281212

We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay and cash
A payment link can be sent to your mobile phone for payment prior to your appointment, otherwise payment is required on arrival
