Our fun and social group exercise classes are conducted with a small number of people and our aim is to inspire, motivate and empower everyone to improve their physical health and functional abilities. All classes are adapted to support the individuals within the group and include advice on how to continue independently in-between sessions, in order to see ongoing improvements. Exercise is an important tool in improving not only your physical strength but for maintaining a healthy circulation, improving your mood, reducing your risk of ill-health, improving your mobility/transfers and helping you maintain a healthy weight.
These group exercise classes are best suited to environments within assisted living/sheltered/warden controlled accommodation, care homes and older people's social groups
