Cancellation Policy

The Physio Clinic @home requires 24hours notice of any cancellation. If you need to cancel/rearrange your appointment please give us 24hours notice. Please contact: 07949281212. Out of hours, a voicemail service is available to leave a message. Failure to provide 24hours notice of a cancellation for any reason will incur a charge which is the full cost of the scheduled appointment (see fees section.) A full charge will also apply if you are not present at your address for a pre-arranged appointment - no further appointments will be scheduled until payment is made. You may withdraw from therapy input at any time provided that 24hours notice is given for any booked appointments. On the rare occasion that we may need to cancel your appointment, we will rearrange as soon as possible and no charges will be made to you
