The Physio Clinic @home will provide you with equipment and environmental advice as part of your initial consultation / review appointment. However, some individuals may feel they do not have a specific therapy need but would still like an appointment to provide advice regarding their environment and equipment to improve their safety and maintain independence. The purpose of the assessment would be to assess your home - access, mobility space, flooring, stairs, height of furniture, trip hazards, upstairs/downstairs living, fire safety etc. This assessment would also include a review of your mobility and transfers to determine what equipment you may require to ensure you are safe and independent within your own home. 

Note: If you have a specific condition or therapy need that affects your functional ability at home, an initial Physiotherapy consultation would be more appropriate as we can then also support you with your physical needs
